1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and lb33 ("Platform", "We"). This document governs the use of lb33.onl, the lb33 mobile app, and all related services.

2Eligibility & Registration

3User Account

4Deposit & Withdrawal

Lb33 accepts deposits via a range of payment methods available in Malaysia, including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay. All financial transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

The terms relating to deposits and withdrawals are as follows:

• All payment methods used must be registered under the same user account name;
• Withdrawals will be processed within five minutes for fully verified accounts;
• Lb33 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals for security review or KYC compliance purposes;

7Prohibited Activities

Lb33 reserves the right to pursue legal action against any individual involved in the above activities, in addition to account termination and fund freezing.

8Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the lb33 platform, including but not limited to logos, designs, graphics, text, software code, and brand names, is the exclusive property of lb33 or its licensed providers. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any content without written permission;
• Reverse engineering the platform's software;
• Using the lb33 name or logo in any form of communication without official approval.

9Limitation of Liability

Lb33 provides the platform on an "as-is" basis. While we strive to ensure continuous and bug-free service, lb33 does not guarantee that the platform will always be available or free from technical disruptions.

Lb33 will not be held liable for:

• Financial losses incurred as a result of game outcomes;
• Indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform;
• Service disruptions due to planned or unplanned system maintenance;
• Third-party actions beyond the control of lb33.

10Account Termination

You may close your lb33 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Before closure, ensure all withdrawals have been processed and no active bonuses are pending.
